SPONSORSHIP
We would love to have you as a sponsor at the FVRC. Please fill out the form and click submit when finished. Once you have completed the form you can submit your payment via PayPal or Venmo. You can also mail your payment or pay in person at the club. We have a payment drop box for your convenience. If using PayPal or Venmo just click the corresponding button below. (PayPal instruction at bottom of page)

PayPal instructions:
1. Click "Pay with PayPal" button above. A screen should pop up that should show the FVRC logo and ask if you would like to request or send money.
2. Click "Send".
3. If not already signed into PayPal it will ask you to sign in.
4. Add your payment amount of you membership.
5. Type in your name below the payment amount so we know for sure who this payment is for.
6. Click "Continue".
7. The next page will ask what this payment is for. Select "Sending to a Friend" to that there are no fees taken out of your payment.
8. Select your payment method and click "Send Payment Now".
9. Once we receive your payment and your completed membership form we will update our membership list and mail you a membership card.
